Each Oralua bag comes with a complimentary, high-quality branded dust bag, designed to protect and preserve your purchase for years to come. Saffiano leather is naturally scratch and water resistant, but you should still keep your bag away from harsh chemicals and prolonged moisture exposure. Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Oralua currently ships only within Australia. All Australian deliveries are facilitated by Australia Post — we pride ourselves on a quick turnaround time for postage and handling. Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders. Tracking numbers are issued via our automated email system once your order ships.
Returns
You can return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with dust bags, tags, and packaging. See our full returns policy for details.
