Delivery
Oralua currently ships only within Australia. All Australian deliveries are facilitated by Australia Post — we pride ourselves on a quick turnaround time for postage and handling. Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders. Tracking numbers are issued via our automated email system once your order ships.
Returns
You can return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable once worn. See our full returns policy for details.

Each Oralua piece arrives in a protective dust pouch and signature gift box, made from recyclable materials. Our packaging is designed to be reused and to honour the considered craftsmanship of the piece inside.
