3. Order Acceptance
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. However, acceptance of the order is subject to availability and review. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Any misuse of our store or purchasing process will be considered not fair play, and orders may be cancelled accordingly. Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
4. Payment Terms

5. Gift Cards
We offer digital gift cards that can be used exclusively on our online store. Gift cards are issued in AUD and delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure the email address is correct, as we are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered gift cards due to customer error.
Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be resold. They may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Gift cards are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to determine and update the expiration date in accordance with our store policies and applicable Australian consumer law.
Gift cards cannot be combined, accumulated, or stacked in a single transaction. Only one gift card can be applied per order.
From time to time, we may issue complimentary gift cards as part of giveaways or promotional activities. These gift cards must be used solely by the person selected as the winner of the giveaway and cannot be transferred to another individual. They cannot be accumulated, combined with other gift cards, or used across multiple orders. All standard gift card terms and conditions apply to these promotional gift cards, including validity, usage restrictions, and the right to cancel in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.
We reserve the right to cancel any gift card or order if we suspect unauthorised use, resale, fraud, or any activity that violates our store policies.
